For Sale: 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe (Wimbledon White, 289ci V8, C4 auto)

This 1966 Ford Mustang coupe is finished in Wimbledon White with a black vinyl top over black vinyl and is powered by a 289ci V8 linked with a rebuilt C4 automatic transmission. The car was first sold in North Hollywood, California, and was acquired by the current owner in 2018 as a project for American Collector Car magazine. Modifications include an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, a four-barrel carburetor, an aluminum radiator, tubular headers, dual exhaust with MagnaFlow mufflers, and a GT-style grille and dual exhaust rear valance. The current owners have installed an air-conditioning system, rebuilt the transmission, refurbished the engine bay, and replaced the trunk and door weather stripping, the rear window seal, and the headliner. In preparation for sale the selling dealer performed an oil and filter change. This Mustang is offered on dealer consignment at no reserve with a clean Oregon title.
