For Sale: Ford 427ci SOHC "Cammer" V8
This Ford 427ci SOHC “Cammer” V8 was acquired by the seller in the mid-1980s as an incomplete lot of parts that was subsequently placed in storage. Additional components were amassed prior to a cleaning and assembly of the short block in 2011, while a final assembly of the engine was carried out in 2020. The engine is currently mounted to a rolling test stand and is equipped with dual Holley carburetors, Ford SOHC-branded valve covers, and Zoomie headers. This “Cammer” V8 is being offered at no reserve in Wilmington, North Carolina, with its test stand and a shop manual.
