For Sale: 1970 Ford Mustang Sportsroof (Candy Apple Red, modified, 347ci V8, 4-speed)
This 1970 Ford Mustang Sportsroof was refurbished in the early 2000s, during which the 302ci V8 was stroked to displace 347ci, the exterior was refinished in Candy Apple Red, and the seats were retrimmed with black vinyl upholstery. Additional features include a four-speed manual transmission, a Holley intake manifold, a COMP Cams camshaft, tubular headers with a dual exhaust system, MSD ignition components, a Flowmaster exhaust system, front disc brakes, and a wood-rimmed steering wheel. The car was acquired by the seller in 2019, and subsequent work included an oil change in addition to replacement of the carburetor, steering wheel, seatbelts, and brake and clutch components. This Sportsroof Mustang is now offered with service records dating back to the 1990s, spare parts, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
