For Sale: 1966 Ford Mustang GT Fastback (Tahoe Turquoise, modified, 289ci V8, 5-speed)
This 1966 Ford Mustang GT fastback was sold new by Nerney Motor Sales of Attleboro, Massachusetts on January 22, 1966 finished in Tahoe Turquoise over black and equipped with the GT Equipment Package. The seller acquired the car in 2018 after it had been refinished, and since then the 289ci V8 has been modified with fuel injection and other components, a Tremec T5z five-speed manual transmission has been installed, the interior has been refreshed, a Painless wiring harness has been fitted, disc brakes have been installed, and the suspension and steering have been overhauled with Total Control Products parts. Other equipment includes 17″ Foose wheels, a backup camera, Vintage Air climate control, and a RetroSound stereo. This modified Mustang is now offered with its window sticker, an owner’s manual, build photos, records from current and prior ownership, and a Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name.
