For Sale: 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 "428 Super Cobra Jet" (Meadowlark Yellow, R-code, 428ci V8, 3-speed auto)
This 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 was built at Ford’s Metuchen, New Jersey, assembly plant on July 17, 1969, and was initially delivered to Tasca Ford Ford of East Providence, Rhode Island. The car is finished in Meadowlark Yellow over white vinyl upholstery and powered by a 428ci “Super Cobra Jet” V8 paired with a C6 three-speed automatic transmission and a 3.91:1 Traction-Lok differential. Features include the Drag Pack, a push-button AM radio, a shaker hood scoop, quarter panel scoops, a tachometer and trip odometer, and power-assisted steering and front disc brakes. The car is said to have been refurbished during previous ownership in the mid-2000s by the family of its reported original owner, and it was acquired by the seller in June 2020. This Mustang Super Cobra Jet is offered with a Deluxe Marti Report, a window sticker copy, and a clean Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name.
