For Sale: 2014 Ford Mustang "Cobra Jet" Race Car (#49, black, supercharged 5.0L V8, 3-speed auto)
This 2014 Ford Mustang race car is #49 of 50 Cobra Jet examples produced for the model year by Ford Racing and assembled by Watson Racing of Brownstown, Michigan. Finished in black with Cobra Jet graphics over a black interior, the car is powered by a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 with forged internals, CNC-ported cylinder heads, and proprietary Ford Performance camshafts. Additional equipment includes a three-speed automatic transmission, a parachute, a wheelie bar, staggered-width 15″ Weld Racing wheels, Goodyear Eagle slicks, a Strange Engineering 9″ rear axle, four-piston brake calipers, a roll cage, Recaro bucket seats with RJS Racing harnesses, and a Hurst shifter. This FR500CJ Cobra Jet was purchased new by the seller from Wilmes Ford of Altus, Oklahoma and is now offered in Oklahoma with dealer documentation, a Ford Racing performance calibrator, and a bill of sale.
