Ford’s Mustang once again outsold every other non-boring car on the market, topping both of its chief rivals, the Dodge Challenger and Chevrolet Camaro. While automakers like Ford Motor Company, General Motors, and Fiat Chrysler tout discipline in maintaining or reducing fleet sales, the importance to the overall numbers of base-engine/automatic-transmission convertible Mustangs and Camaros in such vacation spots as Florida, California, and Arizona cannot be overstated.
