For Sale: 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback (289, 4-speed, 99K miles)

This 1965 Ford Mustang fastback was assembled in April 1965 at Ford’s San Jose, California factory and was acquired by the seller from a neighbor six months ago. The exterior has been refinished in red with a refreshed black vinyl interior, and features include a Ford AM radio, a Rally-Pac gauge pod, fog lights, quarter vents, and 14″ styled wheels. The A-code 289ci V8 is topped with a four-barrel carburetor and paired with a four-speed manual transmission. The engine is said to have been rebuilt and fitted with an aftermarket camshaft as well as long-tube exhaust headers. This first-generation Mustang fastback is now offered with a clean Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name.
