This 1966 Ford Mustang coupe was sold new by Dub Richardson Ford of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on May 27, 1966 and reportedly remained with the family of its original owner for 43 years before being refurbished in 2017 by Lockridge Motors of Fort Worth, Texas and acquired six months ago by the current owner. Power is supplied by a K-code 289ci Hi-Po V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and a 3.50:1 locking differential. Finished in Signal Flare Red over a black vinyl interior, the car was ordered with the GT equipment package, interior décor group, visibility group, 14″ styled steel wheels, the special handling package, and Rally-Pac clock/tachometer. This Mustang GT is now offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner with the original Ford Owner Card, prior registration receipts and inspection certificates, the original owner’s manual, and a clean North Carolina title.
