For Sale: 1978 Ford Mustang II King Cobra (black, 302ci V8, 4-speed)
This Ford Mustang II is one of approximately 5,000 examples equipped with the King Cobra package for the 1978 model year and was sold new by Northtown Ford Sales of Willowdale, Ontario. The car is finished in black over matching vinyl and powered by a 302ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes 13″ lacy-spoke aluminum wheels, removable glass T-top panels, unique graphics, a center console, a heater, and a digital clock. Work performed during current ownership has consisted of a chassis refresh and installation of new engine bearings, piston rings, a performance camshaft, an Edelbrock intake manifold, a Holley carburetor, and seals and gaskets. This King Cobra was acquired by the seller in 2010 and is now offered at no reserve in Canada with a Deluxe Marti Report and a Manitoba registration.
