This 1967 Mercury Cougar is said to have been sold new in California and was acquired by the selling dealer in 2018, after which it was refurbished and modified by his company, Rocketsports Racing of East Lansing, Michigan. The car is finished in triple black and powered by a 333ci Ford V8 featuring forged internals and backed by a 4R70W four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Additional equipment includes Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads, a Holley carburetor, an aluminum radiator, MSD electronic ignition, Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes, aftermarket wheels, air conditioning, Borla mufflers, and more. This first-year Cougar is offered in Michigan with build records and photos as well as a clean California title.
