We’ve all heard plenty of stories about Ford Mustang owners who do everything possible to keep from putting miles on their precious ponies and are proud of it. But when it comes to young Jacob Werner of Toledo, Ohio, the exact opposite is true. Jacob has fun piling up some 92,000 miles on his daily driver 2013 Ford Mustang GT Premium after only 48 months of ownership.
In Jason’s own words:
“My name is Jacob Werner and I own a 2013 Ford Mustang GT Premium with a 6-speed MT82 transmission. I got the car with 31,000 miles and have gotten her up to 123,000 miles in the span of four short years. This car has been amazing -- I regularly transit between Wisconsin and Ohio (previously mostly for work and now to visit family) and I could not be happier. “I am not only an owner who daily drives it, but I also spend a lot of time taking it to shows, casually drag racing it, and (hopefully later this year) maybe get some road-course track time with it. As Carroll Shelby is oft-quoted as saying, ‘These cars are made to be driven!’
