For Sale: 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback Bullitt Tribute (Highland Green, 390ci V8, 4-speed)

This 1968 Ford Mustang fastback was built in 2019 for Steve McQueen’s son Chad by Gas Monkey Garage in Dallas, Texas with inspiration from the car used in the film Bullitt. The build was featured in an episode of Fast N’ Loud that also replicated portions of the chase scene from the original movie. The car is finished in Highland Green over black vinyl, and power is provided by a modified 390ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Additional equipment includes Edelbrock cylinder heads, twin Holley four-barrel carburetors, 15″ American Racing Torq Thrust D wheels, a dual exhaust system with MagnaFlow mufflers, a Shelby GT500-style steering wheel, and Classic Instruments gauges. This Mustang fastback is offered by the seller on behalf of its current owner with a clean California title in the owner’s name.
