For Sale: 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible (Ivy Green, 289ci V8, 3-speed)

This 1965 Ford Mustang convertible was built in Dearborn, Michigan in October 1964, and it was purchased new by the current owner’s parents and transferred to the current owner in 2013. Power is supplied by a C-code 289ci V8 paired with a three-speed manual transmission. The family conducted a rotisserie refurbishment from 1994 to 2013 that included a glass-out repaint in the factory Ivy Green finish, rebuilds of the powertrain, and an interior refresh. The car was campaigned in the Mustang Club of America (MCA) show circuit starting in 2013, which included a Gold award at the 2015 national meet in Loveland, Colorado. This Mustang is now offered on behalf of the current owner with reproductions of manuals, and dealer tags as well as photos and records from the refurbishment, a car cover, an inspection report, and a clean Ohio title.
