For Sale: 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe Race Car (white, 331ci Dart small block V8, 4-speed)
This 1966 Ford Mustang coupe was converted into a race car over 25 years ago and has reportedly been campaigned in SVRA, VSCDA, and HSR events over the last five years. Power comes from a 331ci Dart small block V8 mated to a Borg Warner AS9 T10x ‘Power Brute’ four-speed manual transmission and a Detroit Locker differential with 3.50:1 gearing. The car is finished in white with #13 decals on the hood and both doors, and additional equipment includes a GT350R-style front bumper, a full roll cage with door bars, trunk-mounted fuel cell, front disc brakes, adjustable shock absorbers, and Torq Thrust-style wheels mounted with Hoosier tires. The seller acquired the car approximately two years ago and reportedly finished first in class at Road America in the summer of 2021. This Mustang race car is now being offered in Waukesha, Wisconsin with spare parts, MCSCC and VSCDA logbooks, and a bill of sale.
