For Sale: 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible (Emberglo, 289ci V8, 3-speed auto)
This 1966 Ford Mustang convertible is said to have been first sold by Fitzgerald Ford in Gig Harbor, Washington, and was purchased by the seller in 1990. The car is finished in Emberglo over Parchment and Medium Emberglo Pony vinyl upholstery, and power comes from a replacement 289ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Features include a power-operated tan soft top, an AM radio, and a Pioneer under-dash cassette player. A 2020 service reportedly included the installation of a replacement brake master cylinder, hoses, shoes, and wheel cylinders. This Mustang convertible is now offered with spare 289ci V8 engine components and a clean Washington title in the seller’s name.
