For Sale: 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible (Charcoal Gray, 289ci V8, 3-speed auto)
This 1965 Ford Mustang was built as a C-code convertible at Ford’s Dearborn, Michigan, facility with special-ordered paint and has been refinished in Charcoal Gray Metallic with a white convertible top over a red vinyl interior. The car was first delivered to Pearson Ford of Zionsville, Indiana, and is powered by a 289ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. The Special Handling Package and Visibility Group were equipped from new, and additional factory options include a front bench seat with a center armrest, an AM radio, a tinted windshield, padded sun visors, backup lights, front disc brakes, and 14″ steel wheels with wire covers. Recent work includes the replacement of the oil pan and seat foam. This Mustang convertible is now offered with a window sticker, owner’s manual, dealer-signed Ford registered owner plan paperwork, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
