For Sale: 1966 Ford Mustang Fastback (GT350R-style, 347ci V8, 4-speed)
This 1966 Ford Mustang is a C-code fastback that has been fitted with aftermarket bodywork to resemble a GT350R racing car, and refinished in white with blue stripes over a black interior. Power comes from a 347ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission and a 9″ rear axle with a Detroit Locker differential, while other modifications include 620-lb/in front springs, rear traction bars, power-assisted disc brakes, a Flaming River steering box and tilting column, Stewart-Warner gauges, a Hurst shifter, and a roll bar. The seller reportedly acquired the car as a rolling, painted shell in early 2020, and only a few miles have been added since installation of the drivetrain. This modified Mustang is now offered in Iowa with a clean Wisconsin title in the seller’s name.
