For Sale: 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback (GT350-style, modified, 363ci V8, 5-speed)
This 1965 Ford Mustang fastback was refurbished in the style of a GT350 in the 1990s and was further modified by the seller since his acquisition in 2007. The car is finished in blue with white stripes over white vinyl upholstery and is powered by a 363ci “Windsor” V8 fitted with World Products iron cylinder heads, a Scat forged internal reciprocating assembly, a Bullet solid-lifter cam, MSD ignition, and a Holley 650-cfm carburetor on an Edelbrock manifold. Additional equipment includes a Tremec T5 five-speed manual transmission, a Detroit locker rear end, 15″ Torq Thrust-style alloy wheels with racing tires, Koni shocks, GT350 brakes, power steering, a Kirkey racing seat, and a roll bar. This Mustang has been used by the seller for open track events and cruise nights over the last few years and is now offered in California with a spare set of wheels with street tires, removed and spare parts, factory literature, an engine dynamometer sheet, and a clean Arizona title in the seller’s name.
