This 1990 Ford Mustang Saleen convertible is #250 of 254 examples modified by Saleen Autosport for the model year and is finished in Twilight Blue over gray cloth upholstery. Power comes from a 5.0-liter V8 mated to a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential, and additional equipment includes a power-operated blue soft top, 16″ alloy wheels, upgraded suspension and brakes, chassis reinforcements, a revised front and rear fascia, a rear spoiler, Flo-Fit sport seats, air conditioning, a Hurst shifter, and a Kenwood CD player. The car was initially delivered to Galpin Ford in Los Angeles, California, and was acquired by the seller from the original owner in July 1997. Work in October 2021 is said to have included fluid changes and replacement of the fuel filter and rear dampers.
