For Sale: 2004 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra Coupe (#765, Torch Red, modified, supercharged 5.3L V8, 6-speed, 65K miles)
This 2004 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra coupe was reportedly modified under prior ownership with a supercharged 5.3-liter V8 stroker that is paired with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited slip differential. Additional modifications are said to include forged internals, a Whipple supercharger, upgraded cooling system components, coilover suspension, subframe connectors, a Walbro fuel pump, custom engine management software, and aftermarket front sport seats. The car is finished in Torch Red over black upholstery, and it previously spent time in Florida before being relocated to New Jersey when it was acquired by the seller in 2016. Subsequent work has included replacement of the clutch, fuel and cooling system components, suspension components, tie rods, engine gaskets, and more as detailed below.
