For Sale: 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 "428 Cobra Jet" (black, red/gold stripes, 428ci V8, 3-speed auto)
This 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 “428 Cobra Jet” was originally delivered to Jerry Watson Ford in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and was acquired by the current owner in 2008. The car was repainted in black with red and gold stripes over black vinyl upholstery, and power is provided by a replacement 428ci “Cobra Jet” V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission that was reportedly rebuilt in 2020. Additional equipment includes a Traction-Lok differential, a shaker hood scoop, front and rear spoilers, rear window louvers, exhaust headers, power-assisted front disc brakes, and 14″ Magnum 500-style wheels. This Mach 1 Mustang is now offered on behalf of the current owner with a Deluxe Marti report and a clean Texas title in the current owner’s name.
