This 1966 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350H fastback is #955 of approximately 1,000 examples produced for the model year and was delivered new to Muldon Motor Company of Pensacola, Florida. The car was part of a partnership between Ford and the Hertz car rental company and is finished in Candy Apple Red with gold stripes over a black interior. Power is provided by a replacement 289ci V8 paired with a three-speed C4 automatic transmission. Features include a four-barrel carburetor, PerTronix electronic ignition, hood and side scoops, latch-and-link harnesses for both occupants, 14″ Magnum 500-style wheels, front disc brakes, a dash-mounted tachometer, an AM radio, and rubber floor mats. The car was rotisserie refurbished under previous ownership and was acquired by the seller in 2013. This Shelby GT350H is offered with a letter from SAAC, a copy of the Shelby order sheet, memorabilia, parts documentation, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
