For Sale: 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe (red, modified, 289ci V8, auto)
This 1966 Ford Mustang coupe is finished in red over black vinyl upholstery and is powered by a replacement 289ci V8 paired with an automatic transmission. It was acquired around nine years ago by the seller, who commissioned subsequent work from Galpin Auto Sports of Van Nuys, California that have included the installation of SSBC four-wheel disc brakes, power-assisted steering, a Vintage Air A/C system, Holley Street Avenger carburetor, and a RetroSound AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth connectivity. Additional work is said to have consisted of a transmission rebuild as well as replacement of the distributor, fuel pump, flywheel, starter, spark plugs, and ignition wires. This modified Mustang coupe is being offered with a clean California title in the seller’s name.
